The Election Commission of Pakistan(ECP) has disqualified Shah Mohammad, a minister from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).
The electoral commission disqualified the minister for five years for breaking peace and order during local body elections in Baka Khel, according to facts.
The ECP found Shah Mohammad and his son guilty of rioting and attacks on voting stations, however they were both disqualified.
During local body elections in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa’s Bannu district’s Baka Khel tehsil, the polling process was delayed because the security situation in the tehsil went out of hand.
