(Web Desk) – An explosion in the interior compartment of the battleship at the Naval Dockyard in Mumbai resulted in three deaths and 11 injuries.
At least three naval personnel were killed in the bomb onboard the Indian Navy warship INS Ranvir on Tuesday, according to reports. In addition, 11 navy personnel were injured, according to reports.
“Three navy servicemen died today at Naval Dockyard Mumbai as a result of injuries caused by an explosion in an interior compartment onboard INS Ranvir,” the Indian Navy said.
The Indian Navy went on to say that a board of investigation has been appointed to look into the cause of the explosion.
