On Thursday, an explosion in Karachi’s Sadar neighbourhood killed at least one person and injured several more, although the cause and extent of the damage were unknown.

Two people were injured as a result of the explosion in Karachi’s Sadar neighbourhood.

Security forces and rescue services rushed at the scene after the explosion and cordoned off the area. The wounded were sent to a nearby hospital for treatment.

The incident led authorities to launch an investigation and a search operation in the surrounding regions. Authorities are investigating what caused the explosion and the extent of the damage.
