Sheikh Rashid, the head of the Awami Muslim League Pakistan (AMLP), claimed on Wednesday that the Shehbaz Sharif-led administration cannot last long because they only have a one-vote majority.
Former Interior Minister, speaking to the media, indicated that the administration is begging the institutions for a one-year guarantee. He went on to say that delaying the elections would be a political death sentence for the government.
Economists have been interviewed for the position of interim prime minister, according to Rashid. He also stated that major choices will be taken before the end of May.
