Authorities arrested the contractor after Imran Khan complained about insufficient lighting during a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) event in Kohat on Wednesday.
According to the details, the contractor was kept in the police station all day on Shehryar Afridi’s orders when Imran Khan complained about the absence of lights at the public demonstration.
According to the contractor, Sheikh Anwar Idrees, the lighting tower crashed owing to the wind. He further said that on Shehryar Afridi’s directions, the police had summoned him to the police station.
