Pakistan’s Supreme Court has ordered the government to find a suitable location for the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI )’s long march.
Before the long march, the Supreme Court was hearing a petition against road and highway closures and arrests of political workers.
During the hearing, Justice Ijaz ul Ahsan said that the PTI should file a protest and leave, while the government should plan a traffic plan for the lengthy march’s location. He added that they would also seek assurances from the PTI.
The court also expressed its hope that the administration will reopen roads and remove roadblocks.
