LAHORE – In Lahore’s Anarkali Bazaar, Customs Intelligence recovered smuggled fabric worth more than Rs30 million on Friday.
Under the guidance of DG Intelligence Faiz Ahmad Chadhar, Customs Additional Director Rizwan Bashir conducted the operation. A team lead by superintendent Rai Waqar examined the neighbourhood and discovered hidden illicit clothing in businesses.
An official said that the anti-smuggling watchdog has been conducting efficient operations to combat smuggling.
