SAHIWAL: An unidentified individual opened fire near the Pul Barsan region of Sahiwal, killing a prison warden.
Yasin, the warden of Central Prison Sahiwal, was on his way home when three motorbike riders beckoned him to stop, and when he did not, they shot him in the head from behind.
After the shooting event, the suspects left the scene, while police arrived and began an investigation. Authorities said that they were examining if the event happened as a consequence of robbery resistance or hatred.
