The Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) decided on Saturday to attend rallies planned by PDM president Maulana Fazlur Rehman outside the Supreme Court.
The decision was made during a meeting at the PML-N secretariat in Model Town, presided over by PML-N chief organiser Maryam Nawaz and attended by PML-N MPAs and other leaders.
The party discussed the protest plan.
Earlier, as the Islamabad High Court ruled that PTI chief Imran Khan could not be arrested in any case until Monday (May 15), a day after the Supreme Court ruled that Mr Khan’s arrest in the Al-Qadir Trust corruption case was “illegal,” Mr Rehman announced a protest and sit-in outside the top court.
