(Web Desk) – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) detained Atif Ahmed Khan, the spouse of actress and model Nadia Hussain.

The arrest was made in connection with a large financial fraud case of Rs 539 million.

The FIA’s Corporate Crime Circle spearheaded the operation during a raid on his Karachi home.

Authorities initiated an inquiry after receiving a complaint from a private commercial bank’s board of directors.

The FIA says that Atif Ahmed Khan, the bank’s former CEO, exploited corporate funds for personal financial gain.

Khan actively participated in corporate fraud.

According to authorities, Khan fraudulently obtained Rs 654 million through a third party while diverting Rs 80 million for personal use.

He reportedly used phony paperwork to cover up the crime and paid himself a large markup from business cash, in violation of banking laws.

The case has received extensive attention as a result of Atif Ahmed Khan’s relationship with Nadia Hussain.
The case’s high notoriety has fueled public attention, particularly because Nadia Hussain has stayed mute on the subject.

The pair is married since 2003 and has four children together.

Nadia Hussain, best recognized for her work on Salam Zindagi and her successful cosmetics company, continues to publish unconnected tales on Instagram.
