LAHORE (Today News) – According to Justice Ali Baqar Najafi, the deputy commissioner has revoked the detention notification under 3MPO of Sanam Javed, a Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf activist.
The retraction came after the public prosecutor submitted a report.
It is worth noting that Sanam Javed’s father had filed a petition in the Lahore High Court challenging his son’s arrest. The deputy commissioner of Lahore issued the initial detention notification on December 2.
