LAHORE (Today News) – In the Lahore High Court on Friday, the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) challenged the Election Commission’s decision to withhold the list of reserved seats for women.

The PTI petitions for a court order to divulge the list of women’s reserved seats, citing a previous postponement of this judgment by the Peshawar High Court.

On Friday, the PTI’s counsel demanded a hearing at the Lahore High Court.

The Election Commission has announced a list of eight parties and their priority lists for candidates, removing the PTI from the vetting of candidates for women’s reserved seats.
