ISLAMABAD (Today News) According to the Pakistan Meteorological Department, a powerful westerly wind system is expected to arrive in Pakistan today, bringing with it extensive rain, snowfall, thick fog, and bitterly low temperatures in certain areas.
Balochistan will first be impacted by the westerly wind system from December 29 to 31, according to the Met Department. In a number of the province’s mountainous regions, rain and snowfall are anticipated throughout this time.
Quetta, Ziarat, Kalat, Chaman, Pishin, Qila Abdullah, Qila Saifullah, Nushki, Harnai, Zhob, Barkhan, Sibi, Loralai, Musakhel, Kech, Gwadar, Lasbela, Awaran, Chagai, Panjgur, Khuzdar, Washuk, and Kharan are all expected to see rain.
In the province’s northern areas, snowfall is anticipated.
