An officer investigating a case against Uzair Baloch was served with a show cause notice by an anti-terrorism court (ATC).
As a result of the IO’s inadequate report on the weapon smuggling case against Baloch, the judge issued a notice.
The judge directed the IO to submit witnesses at the next scheduled hearing on August 8.
On Saturday, jail officials brought Baloch, also known as the Lyari gang war leader, before the court.
