The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) was ordered by a single bench to complete the matter within a month.
Islamabad: The ruling requiring the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) to resolve the foreign financing case against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) within 30 days was suspended Monday by a two-judge panel of the Islamabad High Court (IHC).
According to sources, an IHC division bench comprised of Chief Justice Athar Minallah and Justice Babar Sattar heard the PTI’s intra-court appeal against the directive of the court’s single bench.
