On Monday, security forces in North Waziristan province’s Dossali district foiled a terrorist’s suicide attempt to breach a military post.
A terrorist attempted to breach a military station in Dossali, North Waziristan District, by shooting small weapons and attempting to throw a grenade, according to an Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) news release.
The security forces men, who were alert and prepared for the situation, responded quickly and effectively engaged the terrorist. According to the report, the terrorist known as Sharif, who was still actively engaged in terrorist acts against security personnel, was slain as a consequence.
The terrorist’s weapon and ammunition were also recovered by security officials.
