Mustaq Mehar, the Inspector General (IG) of Police Sindh, has been relieved of his duties amid an increase in terrorist attacks in the provincial capital.
Mushtaq Mehar has been ordered to report to the Establishment Division, according to a notification issued by the Chief Secretary. In the meantime, IG Sindh has been assigned to Kamran Afzal.
